Western University “Welcome as U are” Campaign

Western University Health Sciences of Pomona, CA was debuting a new healthcare campaign to kick off 2020. They specialize in holistic osteopathic care, treating the mind, body, and spirit. Western University accepts all patients with an open mind and open heart, and no matter your age, background, or condition, they welcome all to live a happier, healthier lifestyle.

My task was to create a campaign that would include a broad audience. While their members range in all shapes and sizes, the client requested a contemporary and sophisticated look that would target the millennial demographic. This was my “Welcome as U are” campaign. Their goal was to be seen, retain validity, while being authentic to their message to stay connected with their members. Their inspiration: “It’s safe to be imperfect”.

In addition to the version displayed above, I also explored other color options which fit their brand standards. Though red is predominately their primary color, Western University also uses gold as a secondary color. This has a more regal feel, and is not typically used in the medical field giving it a sense of uniqueness and added sophistication.
